Octamart is provided by Octanest as part of the Octanest seller and commerce platform. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Octanest and its affiliates responsible for operating the service.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Octamart, we may process:
- Account and profile data — such as name, email, organization, role, and authentication identifiers.
- Commercial and operational data — such as catalog, inventory, orders, payouts, integrations, and support communications you submit through the product.
- Seller KYC and settlement data — such as PAN, bank account details, UPI VPA, GSTIN, and FSSAI license numbers when you enable payouts or vertical compliance. These may be shared with the active payment settlement partner solely to create vendor accounts and settle funds.
- Technical and usage data — such as device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, log and diagnostic data, cookies, and similar technologies where enabled.
How we use information

- Provide, secure, and improve Octamart;
- Authenticate users, enforce access controls, and prevent abuse;
